 Fixed contracts: Viking’s fixed 4 - 6-month contracts provide job security and a pre-planned return date, allowing crew members to take a relaxing vacation.

 Loyalty & seniority bonuses: Crew members can earn bonus pay as they spend more time on board with Viking and advance to senior roles.

 Onboard heath & life insurance: Viking takes care of crew member’s well-being while they travel on board by providing health insurance during contract period and life insurance at $100,000 of death.

 Free joining: Medical and visa expenses will be reimbursed to crew members. Hotels, flights and transfer to vessel will be organized and paid by Viking.
